A Familiar Affection of Osteogenesis Imperpecta


Abstract
A pedigree investigation was made on a family with five cases of Osteogenesis Imperpecta.
Clinical and radiological features were examined in 3 of the cases. Most of the cases examined, belong to Osteogenesis Imperpecta Tarda, and the mode of inheritance seems to be autosomal dominant form.
